Scheduling
There is no walk in service. Clients are seen by appointment only. We will make every effort to schedule your appointment to meet your convenient time. To book appointment online, click on BOOK NOW. You can also send booking request by email, whatsapp, or to our Google and facebook pages.
Salon Etiquette
Please arrive few minutes early for your appointment. However, new client to arrive at least 10 minutes early so that we can get to know you and have you fill out our client consultation form. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the salon area.
Our Clientele
At The Purple Room, we provide services in beauty care and spa treatments for women and men over the age 18 years. Written parental permission is required before any services are carried out for under 18.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Here at The Purple Room your appointments are very important to us, we understand that sometimes appointment times may need to be changed or cancelled which we are happy to assist you with. Last minute cancellation and no show can not be tolerated. However, we require clients to give us at least 48 hours notice for such amendments in order to have the time needed to offer the slots to other clients and by doing so, you would avoid 50% cancellation fee or an upfront fee deposit for any future appointments.
No shows will require the full service cost to be paid prior to making another booking, this also applies to gift vouchers and any other vouchers. Deposits are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
When you arrive late for your appointment, unfortunately it may result in reduced duration of your treatment time in order for the therapist to take the next client.
Forgotten items
Please make sure you don’t forget any of your personal belongings. We will not be responsible for forgotten items at The Purple Room.
Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If at any point you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please notify us immediately. We will be happy to schedule another appointment within 7 days.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you buy products and you are not satisfied, you are entitled to exchange or refund. However, the product must be unopened, sealed and in original package. Please note if you buy in salon you will be refunded immediately. Returning online purchase must be processed within 7 days. Skincare products, (e.g. lotions, cream, cleanser, masque), makeup, brushes, gift cards, downloadable items, special order items are not returnable. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
